At David A. Zelby, DDS, we are proud to be a fee-for-service practice. This allows us to focus on one thing above all else—providing the highest quality dental care based on your individual needs, not the limitations of an insurance plan.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we gladly accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will prepare and electronically file your dental insurance claim at no additional charge. Your insurance company will then send any eligible reimbursement directly to you, allowing you to receive the full benefit of your dental coverage while maintaining complete freedom in your treatment choices.
It is important to understand that dental insurance is very different from medical insurance. Most dental plans provide limited annual benefits, often cover only a portion of necessary treatment, and generally do not cover elective cosmetic procedures such as porcelain veneers or cosmetic smile enhancements. Likewise, traditional Medicare does not provide coverage for routine dental care or most dental procedures.
Our recommendations are always based on what is best for your long-term oral health—not what an insurance company may or may not cover. We believe this approach allows us to provide the highest standard of personalized, uncompromised care while helping you maximize any dental insurance benefits to which you are entitled.
